The Bible in 8 Minutes

In 2021, I gave a talk about the Bible. The talk was called, "The Library of Messy Stories" and it was all about what the Bible is, and where it came from. As part of the talk, I performed a poem that tells the whole story of the Bible in just about 8 minutes. It went down really well!

And then I thought - why not turn that into a book? So I did. In 2022, I started drawing some illustrations and sketching out ideas for how to make it happen, and then suddenly there it was! The Bible in 8 Minutes - a poetic adventure through the World's Most Famous Book!

It isn't a Bible, and it isn't a theological masterpiece. In fact, it's not even preachy - it just tells the plain simple story from beginning to end. It misses loads of things out, but I think that's okay, because hopefully it inspires you to go and find out more! The real Bible is way better for about a billion reasons.
